3. WhatsApp, SMS and Email
We may use WhatsApp, SMS, email and push notifications to deliver verification codes and service-related communications.
Where required, marketing communications will only be sent with an appropriate legal basis and users will be provided with mechanisms to withdraw consent or opt out.

We may share information where necessary with service providers supporting Storly, including:

5. Merchant Stores
Merchants using Storly may independently collect and process information concerning their customers.
Depending on the circumstances, the merchant may have its own legal obligations regarding that data. Merchants should therefore provide customers with appropriate privacy information for their individual stores where required.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including providing services, maintaining business and transaction records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud and satisfying legal requirements.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and applicable obligations.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss or destruction.
However, no internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.
